SUMMARY OF PRACTICE
Rachel Sanchez is a Paralegal in the Flanagan Barone & O’Brien firm’s Trusts and Estates Department and Real Estate Department. Rachel received her Bachelor of Arts in Justice Studies with a Paralegal Concentration/Certification from Montclair State University. In the Trusts and Estates Department, Rachel drafts estate plan documents, including Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Proxy Directives, Living Wills and Deeds. Rachel also conducts research on various legal topics. In the Real Estate Department, Rachel reviews Real Estate Contracts, Title work and drafts closing documents and deeds for residential closings. She also communicates and meets with clients on a regular basis.
