SUMMARY OF PRACTICE
Brian received his B.A. in Political Science from New York University in 2021 and earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2024. Brian began his private legal career as a law clerk at Flanagan, Barone & O’Brien in July 2023 after his second year of law school and transitioned to his current role as an associate in December 2024.
He has experience working within a diverse range of practice areas including—but not limited to—Trusts & Estates, Taxation, Real Estate, Insurance Defense, School Law, Construction, Premises Liability, and Product Liability. With a keen understanding and a firm commitment for client advocacy, Brian enthusiastically strives to deliver optimal and efficient outcomes.
Prior to joining Flanagan, Barone & O’Brien, Brian served as a Judicial Extern for The Honorable Thomas M. Moore, P.J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Civil Division, Essex County.
