SUMMARY OF PRACTICE
Chris Kessler is a paralegal in the Flanagan Barone & O’Brien firm’s litigation department. Chris received his Paralegal Studies Certificate and A.A. in Liberal Arts from Raritan Valley Community College and his B.A. in Labor and Employment Relations and Certificates in Law and The Workplace and Work Organization/Management from Rutgers University. In the litigation department, Chris reviews discovery, gathers relevant information for the cases he handles, drafts motions and briefs, conducts legal research, retains and corresponds with experts and assists in trial preparation.
