SUMMARY OF PRACTICE
Daniel McAneny is a paralegal in the Flanagan Barone & O’Brien firm’s litigation department. Daniel received his degree in Paralegal Studies from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 2006. In the litigation department, Dan reviews and prepares discovery, gathers relevant information for the cases he handles, drafts motions and briefs, conducts legal research, retains and corresponds with experts and assists in trial preparation.
