
SUMMARY OF PRACTICE
Donna Vanderhoof is a paralegal in the Flanagan Barone & O’Brien firm’s litigation, employment and labor law departments. Donna received her degree in Paralegal Studies from Fairleigh Dickinson University. In the litigation department, Donna reviews discovery, gathers relevant information, drafts motions and briefs, conducts legal research, retains and corresponds with experts and assists in trial preparation. In addition to litigation, Donna has extensive experience and knowledge of State and Federal labor and employment practices liability (EPL), including wrongful discharge, breach of contract, whistleblowing, workplace retaliation, injunctions and employment discrimination claims.
