SUMMARY OF PRACTICE
Gloria Rodriguez joined Flanagan, Barone & O’Brien in December 2022 in an Of Counsel capacity. Gloria is an experienced trial attorney who has defended insureds in auto, trucking, construction, property damage, products liability and premises liability matters from inception through trial. Gloria also has extensive experience in security and insurance coverage issues.
From 1988-1991, Gloria served as Deputy Attorney General for the State of New Jersey where she defended the State of New Jersey, its agencies and employees in personal injury, civil rights and employment litigation.
Prior to joining Flanagan, Barone & O’Brien, Gloria acted as senior trial counsel for over thirty years in civil matters with staff counsel for AIG and Plymouth Rock in complex civil litigation files involving property and casualty insurance defense and UM/UIM matters. Gloria also conducted claims and litigation training seminars and is a court-appointed arbitrator.
