Kerri has nearly ten years of litigation experience. After serving a New Jersey Superior Court clerkship, Kerri joined the firm in the litigation department. Her primary areas of expertise include insurance defense and coverage, including litigation, subrogation and PIP arbitration. She also defends government entities against personal injury and employment-related allegations. In the area of employment law, Kerri represents clients regarding claims of discrimination, harassment and retaliation brought before state and federal courts and administrative agencies.
