Regina Geise joined Flanagan, Barone & O’Brien in November 2025 in an Of Counsel capacity. Regina is an experienced trial attorney who has defended insureds in automobile negligence, premises liability and UM/UIM matters from inception through trial. Regina has tried approximately fifty (50) cases to verdict and spearheaded discussions to formulate continued litigation and/or resolution strategies.
From 2002-2025, Regina was employed as Staff Counsel for Allstate Insurance Company where she led the defense of high-stakes personal injury litigation, including automobile negligence, premises liability and suspected fraud. Regina also has experience handling PIP arbitrations, subrogation and worker’s compensation matters.
