Roberta Bass

Roberta Bass is a Paralegal in the Flanagan Barone & O’Brien firm’s Real Estate Department and Trusts and Estates Department. Roberta received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from City University of New York – Brooklyn College and a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from the ABA approved program at Middlesex County College. In the Real Estate Department, Roberta reviews Real Estate Contracts and title work, as well as drafts all closing documents and deeds for both residential and commercial closings. In the Trusts and Estates Department, Roberta drafts estate plan documents, including Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Proxy Directives, Living Wills and Deeds. Roberta also conducts research on various legal topics. She also communicates and meets with clients on a regular basis.
