SUMMARY OF PRACTICE
Tamara Sabel is a Paralegal in the Flanagan Barone & O’Brien firm’s Real Estate Department and Trusts and Estates Department. Tamara earned her Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University – Bloomington and her J.D. from New York Law School. In the Real Estate Department, Tamara reviews Real Estate Contracts, Title documents and prepares closing documents and deeds for residential transactions. In the Trusts and Estates Department, Tamara drafts a variety of estate plan documents, including Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Proxy Directives, Living Wills and Deeds. She also assists with guardianship matters, providing support to clients throughout their guardianship process. Tamara also conducts research on various legal topics and maintains regular communication with clients, meeting with them regularly to ensure they remain informed and supported throughout their matters. Licensed to practice law in New Jersey and New York, she provides additional support to FBO in both the Trust and Estates and Real Estate Departments, as needed.
